ATTA is manufactured from the best quality grade grains grown
organically without use of chemical fertilizers. Quality grains
are selected from all over the country and subjected to stringent
testing procedures to measure the health of the grains, therefore
giving you a premium choice blend. Each grain, then goes through
a multi-step cleaning process in modern cleaning machines to select
only 100% clean, healthy grains.The grains are then slow ground
in a chakki to give you traditional chakkifresh atta that retains
the nutritional goodness of the wheat and the true delicious, wheaty
flavour. Normally most of the wheat bran is a removed while milling
atta. Wheat brain is a rich natural source of dietary fiber. Surya
whole wheat Atta is made using the unique advance technology which
