Company has already established marketing network and does not foresee
any difficulty in marketing the entire production. As a matter of
fact, the product is being advertised very effectively on electronic,
film media and a leading Advertising Agency has been roped in to
conduct advertisement campaign of the company which has launched
very shortly.
The Company has received a lot of enquiries regarding distributorship
of free flow iodised salt specially from North and North-East parts
of the country. The Company has also receives numerous enquiries
from manufacturers of caustic soda, chlorine, soda ash and other
chemicals and food processing industries.
Export market in Bangladesh, Nepal, Gulf countries, Middle East,
West Africa, Ethiopia, Mexico etc. are also being tapped.
The market for refined salt is bound to grow due to the stricter
regulations of the Government of various States. Even if 5% of the
population consuming unbranded and raw salt switches to the refined
and iodised salt the rise in demand will be substantial.
Therefore, the Refinery scenario is encouraging with a huge demand
potential for the product. The Company has established an excellent
marketing network, which is taking care of the expected demand boom.

Salt, being a FMCG, is highly advertising intensive industry. With
the presence of big Players like Tata Salt, Captain Cook Salt &
Annapurna Salt in the market, the need of the hour was to crate
a BANG for the consumers to sit up and take notice. .... and that
was exactly what was done!
First Surya Salt, was launched in the city of Jaipur with a series
of 'Teaser adds' which were splashed on hoarding all over the city.
It challenged the consumer to give up eating SALT - a life sustaining
necessity!

It
was them followed by the introduction of 'Surya' Lake Salt as
a healthier alternative to sea Salt.
The company has since then launched its product nation-wide and
has created a band of loyal customers through regular media and
print adds.
Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd. has opened sales depots at strategic
locations to enable faster & cheaper dispatch of its products

& F Appointing Terms
The
Company is having four sales depots and C & F agents in strategic
locations. We are willing to expand our network to cover more
locations all over the country.

The C & F agent must have min. 10000 sq. ft. of his own godown
near railway rake head specialy where rakes are unloaded.

The C & F agent cum super distributor must have complete infrastructure
of distribution network. Our company's Area Sales Manager having
experience in fast moving edibles will ensure that the consignment
received is liquidated at the earliest. Our Area Sales Manager
will work with a sales team of sales representatives and ensure
the effective marketing of the product. If you are having a
ready made distribution network of stockist and sales team this
will be an added advantage.

The C & F agent must give interest free deposit of 40 lacs by
way of demand draft payable at SABOO SODIUM CHLORO LTD. Against
value of goods stored in his custody.

All the demand drafts collected from the distributors and the
stockist shall be in the name of SABOO SODIUM CHLORO LTD. Payable
at JAIPUR and material will be dispatched from the godown of the
C & F agent.
- The
C & F shall get commission / Reimbursement as shown below :

On Packet Salt ( 1 kg, 1/2 kg, Consumer Packs ) :
Rs. 50 per M.T.
(II)
On Super Fine Salt ( 50 kg, Bulk Packing ) : Rs.
20 per M.T.
(III)
On Regular Refined Iodised Salt : Rs.
10 Per M.T.
