‘EMERALD’
Vertical Danish Grinding Mill Body is made of graded cast
iron. The mills are fitted with superior ‘EMERALD’ Mark
Millstones, Steel Plate Hopper, effective feeding System
with deep drawn shaker box and shuttle feeder for regulated
grain feeding, feed springs, dust proof bearings, belt pulley,
main bright shaft, momentary dis-engaging device with handle
& wheel for flour fineness control and protection of stones;
provided two nos. flour outlets. The Emerald Vertical Type
Mills are available from size 200mm (8”) to 750mm (30”).

‘EMERALD’
mark Indian horizontal type grinding mills are constructed
with mild steel plates mounted on strong channel / angle
structure, bright steel shaft, dust - proof bearings with
oil seal and superior ‘EMERALD’ mark millstones are fitted
to ensure longer life. The lower stone rotates on tapered
shaft - end aligned automatically with key - end provided
at the shaft. Upper stationery stone rests on adjustable
strong bolts. The system for fixing the stationery stone
incorporates the great advantage that is possible to align
the stone to each other without recutting or redressing.
A mild steel sheet strip is provided around the grinding
stones tightened with nut - bolts to enable the operator
at any time to check the alignment. A hand wheel regulates
the grinding according to the degree of fineness desired.
The ‘EMERALD’ horizontal type mills are available from size
250mm (10”) to 1200mm (48”).

‘SUN’ Rotary Oil Mills and Oil Expellers

fabrication is of graded cast iron beam moving on self lubricated
nonferrous metal bush; strong angle iron stand; thick base
plate; steel shaft with SKF bearings and heavy duty gear
pinion.
The Sun mark mill can extract oil from all varieties of
oil seeds, dried kernels and copra; operated with electric
motor or diesel engine.
Sunstone ‘EMERALD’ mark equipments for processing of oil
seeds, cereals. Pulses & spices can create self employment.
